The law firm of Savage Villoch Law (SVL) was established in 2014. The firm is comprised of attorneys who have provided experienced and dedicated legal services to clients throughout the State of Florida for many years. SVL represents individuals, governmental entities, insurance carriers, and other business entities in a variety of different areas from general liability issues to complex securities, commercial, and business related disputes. Bank Saves $1 Million

Alfred Villoch once saved Wells Fargo Bank approximately $1 million by securing an early victory on a motion to dismiss in federal court based on Florida’s banking statute of frauds.

$8 Million + Settlement

Bert Savage once negotiated a settlement of more than $8 million from a major Wall Street firm due to negligent investment advice given to his client by their Harvard-educated stock broker.
