Brenda was raised in Florida and has lived in Florida her entire adult life. She started her legal career as a litigation paralegal prior to law school. Throughout law school, Brenda continued to work part-time as a paralegal and law clerk. She graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, and was admitted to The Florida Bar, in 1994.
Brenda’s twenty-eight years of legal experience includes significant experience in business transactions, civil litigation including business and corporate disputes, and financial industry litigation. Brenda is licensed to practice law in all Florida courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Brenda has also written and presented continuing legal education courses for attorneys and paralegals.
